摘要
目的:探究神经内科临床教学中实施以问题为基础教学法(PBL)、以案例为基础教学法(CBL)联合多学科合作教学法(MDT)的效果及意义。方法:研究于2016-08~2018-05收集我院神经内科临床实习生共200例参与,根据随机数字表法可将其分为两组,包括对照组100例和观察组100例,两组分别实施PBL-CBL教学法,和PBL-CBL联合MDT教学法,对两组实习生考核成绩及教学效果进行比较。结果:观察组实习生的理论知识和实践操作考核评分均显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组实习生的教学成果也显著优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科临床教学中,实施PBL-CBL联合MDT教学法有利于实习生对理论知识和操作技能的熟悉和掌握,有利于培养其思维能力和解决问题的能力等,因此该种教学模式可在临床中进行推广。
Objective: To explore the effect and significance of the problem based teaching method (PBL), case based teaching method (CBL) and multidisciplinary cooperative teaching (MDT) in the clinical teaching of Neurology. Methods: A total of 200 clinical interns of Neurology Department in our hospital were collected from August 2016 to May 2018. They were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method, including 100 cases in the control group and 100 cases in the observation group. The two groups carried out the PBL-CBL teaching method and the PBL-CBL combined with MDT teaching method. The scores of the two groups were evaluated. The effect of teaching is compared. Results: The theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference of data was statistically significant (P<0.05). The teaching results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference of data was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical teaching of Neurology, the implementation of PBL-CBL combined with MDT teaching method is beneficial to the familiarity and mastery of theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the interns, and the ability to cultivate their thinking ability and solve problems. Therefore, the teaching model can be popularized in clinical practice.
