摘要
手卫生是预防和控制院内感染最重要、最简单、最有效和最经济的方法。随着人口的老龄化,居住在养老机构的老年人越来越多。由于养老机构的护理员缺乏正确的手卫生知识,对于手是造成病原体主要传播媒介的认识不足,造成实际洗手率低、洗手步骤不规范、洗手效果欠佳等问题,导致养老机构中的在住老人感染性疾病的发生,使老人的健康和生活质量受到影响。通过社区护理干预,使护理员掌握正确的手卫生知识和规范的洗手操作,降低在住老人感染性疾病的发生,可以帮助提高护理员的知识技能和老年人的生活质量。
Hand hygiene is the most important, simple, effective and economical method to prevent and control nosocomial infection. With the aging of the population, more and more elderly people live in pension institutions. Due to the lack of correct hand hygiene knowledge of nursing staff in old-age care institutions, they have insufficient understanding of hand as the main pathogen transmission medium, resulting in low actual hand-washing rate, irregular hand-washing steps, poor hand-washing effect and other problems. It leads to the occurrence of infectious diseases of the elderly living in pension institutions and affects the health and quality of life of the elderly. Through community nursing intervention, nurses can master correct hand hygiene knowledge and standard hand-washing operation, reduce the occurrence of infectious diseases among the elderly living in the home, and help improve the knowledge and skills of nurses and the quality of life of the elderly.
