摘要
炼厂干气分离出的C_2组分作为蒸汽裂解原料,可提高乙烯收率。干气直接利用,可用于生产乙苯、苯乙烯、高辛烷值汽油组分、环氧乙烷、丙醛等高附加值产品。饱和与非饱和液化气应分类加工,实现资源的合理配置。干气与轻烃综合利用会使工厂变动成本增加,需测算边际贡献,合理实施。
The C2 components separated from the dry gas in refinery were used as the feedstock of steam cracking to increase the ethylene yield. The dry gas could be directly used to produce high value-added products, such as ethylbenzene, styrene, high-octane gasoline components, ethylene oxide, propionic aldehyde etc. Reasonable configuration of the resource could be realized by classified processing of the saturated and unsaturated liquid gas. The variable cost of the plant would be increased by comprehensive utilization on dry gas and light hydrocarbon, so marginal contribution should be calculated, and the comprehensive utilization should be executed reasonally.
