摘要
在建设创新型国家战略背景下,文章分析了与应用型本科高校学生培养目标相适应的生产运作管理课程的建设改革内容,分别从教材编写与课程设计、教学模式创新、课程考核方式及师资队伍培养四个方面进行了阐述,提出了相应的改革建议:1、在课程设计与教学大纲编写上增加"产业对接"的内容;2、在课程考核方式上加强与多样化教学模式相对应的实训模块考核;3、在师资队伍培养方面提出两种培养方式。
This paper analyzes the content of course construction and teaching mode reform of production and operation management that is compatible with the training objectives of applied undergraduate colleges in the context of the development strategy of building an innovative country. This paper expounds four aspects respectively, including textbook compilation and course design, teaching model innovation, the course assessment method and teacher team training, and puts forward corresponding reform suggestions: 1. The content of “industry connection” should be added in the course design and teaching syllabus compilation. 2. In terms of course assessment methods, strengthen the assessment of training modules corresponding to diversified teaching modes. 3. Two training methods are proposed for the cultivation of teachers.
