摘要
目的探讨Ilizarov外固定技术行踝关节融合治疗晚期创伤性踝关节炎患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月—2017年11月结石治疗的52例晚期创伤性踝关节炎患者的临床资料,均接受Ilizarov外固定技术行踝关节融合治疗。比较治疗前、后疼痛程度、踝关节功能以及胫距角。结果治疗后,患者疼痛程度明显缓解,踝关节功能明显改善,胫距角明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论采用Ilizarov外固定技术行踝关节融合治疗晚期创伤性踝关节炎患者,可有效缓解疼痛,提高踝关节功能,改善胫距角。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ankle fusion with Ilizarov external fixation in the treatment of advanced traumatic ankle arthritis. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with advanced traumatic ankle arthritis treated in the hospital from July,2016 to November,2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with Ilizarov external fixation technique. The degree of pain,ankle function and tibiotalus angle were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the pain degree,ankle function and tibiotalus angle were significantly alleviated. There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Using Knot Ilizarov external fixation technique treat ment of the patients with advanced traumatic ankle arthritis can effectively relieve pain, improve ankle function,and improve tibiotalar angle.
