摘要
在综合机械化掘进过程中带式输送机的使用和管理是影响工程进度和工作面安全生产标准化水平的关键因素之一。根据多年现场经验,从带式输送机安装、胶带接头制作、胶带跑偏调整和组件管理等几方面论述了如何做到带式输送机的精细化管理,为提高综合机械化掘进带式输送机管理水平提供了参考依据。
The use and management of belt conveyor is one of the key factors that affect the progress of engineering and the level of work safety standardization. Based on many years of field experience, the author discusses how to do the precision management of the belt conveyor from the aspects of belt conveyor installation, tape joint making, tape running adjustment and component management, and provides a reference for improving the management level of comprehensive mechanized tunneling belt conveyor.
