水杨酸对盐胁迫黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为找出缓解黑果枸杞盐害胁迫的最适水杨酸浓度,使其在盐渍地和荒漠地上扩大种植面积,以黑果枸杞种子为试验材料,在150mmol/L NaCl(中性盐)和10mmol/L Na_2CO_3(碱性盐)的盐溶液条件下,研究水杨酸不同浓度(0mmol/L,0.5mmol/L,1.0mmol/L,1.5mmol/L,2.0mmol/L)浸种对种子发芽的影响。结果表明:中性盐和碱性盐均抑制枸杞种子萌发,但中性盐抑制作用重于碱性盐;低浓度水杨酸能缓解盐对枸杞种子的胁迫,水杨酸1.0mmol/L处理时,受盐胁迫的枸杞种子萌发好,生长状态最佳;高浓度水杨酸不能缓解盐对枸杞种子的胁迫。 The effect of salicylic acid with different concentration(0 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L, 1.0 mmol/L , 1.5 mmol/L and 2.0 mmol/L) on seed germination of Lyciumru thenicum was studied under different salt stress (150 mmol/L NaCl and 10 mmol/L Na2CO3 ) to find out the optimum salicylic acid concentration for alleviating salt damage of L. thenicum and enlarge cultivation area of L. thenicum in salinate fields and desert land. Result: NaCl and Na 2CO3 both can inhibit germination of L. thenicum seeds but the inhibition effect of NaCl is higher than Na2CO3 . Low salicylic acid concentration can alleviate salt stress to L. thenicum seeds. The germination and growth status of L. thenicum seeds treated with 1.0 mmol/L salicylic acid solution are well and the optimum under salt stress respectively. Higher salicylic acid concentration can not alleviate the salt stress to germination of L. thenicum seeds under salt stress.
