铁碳微电解系统对废水中TP去除的效果及影响因素 被引量:2

Removal Effect and Influencing Factors of TP by Iron-Carbon Microelectrolysis System in Wastewater

摘要 采用自配模拟含磷废水,通过批实验和正交实验探讨影响铁碳微电解系统对废水中TP去除效果的因素及其适宜因素值组合。研究结果表明:当废水初始TP浓度为5 mg/L,活性炭加入量为0. 03 g/m L时,在其pH值为3. 0,搅拌强度为110 r/min的条件下,吸附至25 min时,活性炭对模拟废水中TP的吸附基本达到饱和,其对TP的吸附去除率在19. 8%左右。不考虑活性炭对模拟废水中TP的吸附作用,单因素影响的研究表明,铁碳微电解系统对废水中TP去除效果较好的适宜pH值为3. 0,铁碳比为1∶1. 5,搅拌强度为110 r/min;正交实验显示,各因素对铁碳微电解系统去除TP影响程度由大到小的顺序依次为:初始pH值>铁碳质量比>反应时间>搅拌强度。采用最佳参数组合的铁碳微电解系统对废水中TP的去除率为20. 91%。 Artificially prepared phosphorus-containing wastewater was used to study the influencing factors for the removal of total phosphorus ( TP) through batch experiments and orthogonal experiments by an iron-carbon micro-electrolysis system.The results show that when the initial TP concentration of wastewater is 5 mg/L and the activated carbon is 0.03 g/mL,the pH value of the wastewater is 3.0 and the stirring intensity is 110 r/min,the TP adsorption by activated carbon reaches saturation basically in simulated phosphorus-containing wastewater when it is adsorbed for 25 min,and its adsorption removal rate of TP isabout 19.8%.The study of different single-factor effects shows that the suitable pH value for iron-carbon micro-electrolysis system to remove TP in wastewater is 3.0,the ratio of iron to carbon is 1∶ 1.5,and the stirring intensity is 110 r/min.Orthogonal experiments show that the affecting factors of the TP removal from the iron-carbon microelectrolysis system follows this order:initial pH value> iron-carbon mass ratio> reaction time> stirring intensity.The removal rate of TP is 20.91% in wastewater by iron-carbon microelectrolysis system with the best combination of parameters .
