摘要
介绍了作为试点医院的潜江市中心医院利用医疗服务智能监管信息平台,以医疗质量控制事前事中系统、事后监管系统实现对医疗行为的实时监控,以决策系统提供的监测指标展现医院的监管效果,逐步形成常态化日常监管的实践经验。监测数据的结果显示应用监管系统不仅显著提升医院医疗服务合法合规性,而且有助于明确管理重点,提高内部管理水平。文章还对智能监管各系统运行中出现的问题提出了完善的建议,对各系统的发展趋势进行了思考。
We introduced a system based on Intelligent Monitoring information platform for medical services in Qianjiang Central Hospital as a pilot hospital,which helped to achieve real-time monitoring of medical behaviors in medical quality before,during and after medical practices.The data showed that the application of monitoring system not only significantly improved the legal compliance of hospital medical services,but also helped to clarify the focuses of management and improved the internal management level.Moreover,we put forward some suggestions on the bugs running in the operation,and thoughts on the future development trend of this system.
