摘要
习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中明确指出,“中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。”这一判断具有划时代的重大意义。中国不平衡不充分的发展主要集中在三个方面,即区域之间、城乡之间与产业之间发展的不平衡与不充分。对主要矛盾的掌握,有利于对未来发展方向、发展目标的精准定位,表明了党中央对新时代中国特色社会主义社会矛盾的深刻认识和科学判断,也体现了新时代中国特色社会主义思想对马克思主义辩证法和历史观的深刻运用和科学践行。
General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in his report to the 19 th National Congress of CPC:"Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradictions in Chinese society have been transformed into the contradictions between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development."This judgment is of great epoch-making significance.China’s unbalanced and inadequate development is mainly concentrated in three aspects,namely,between regions,between urban and rural areas and between industries.Mastering the principal contradictions is conductive to the precise orientation of the future development direction and development goals,and shows the CPC Central Committee’s profound understanding and scientific judgment of the contradictions in the socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It also reflects the profound application and scientific practice of Marxist dialectics and historical view in the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
