摘要
总装作为汽车生产四大工艺中的最后一道工序,对于整车下线及汽车商品化具有决定性作用。大总成件装配是整个总装工序的核心,大总成件具有体积大、重量重的特点,所以安全、可靠、高效的大总成件输送设备开发是整个总装车间装备板块发展重点。主要介绍了电动单轨自行小车系统EMS的设计选型原则和设计过程需重点关注的问题。
As the last process in the four major processes of automobile production, final assembly plays a decisive role in the down-line of vehicles and the commercialization of automobiles. The assembly of the large assembly is the core of the whole assembly process. The large assembly has the characteristics of large volume and heavy weight. Therefore, the development of the safe, reliable and efficient large assembly conveying equipment is the development focus of the equipment assembly of the assembly shop. This paper mainly introduces the design and selection principle of EMS for electric monorail self-propelled car system and the issues that need to be paid attention to in the design process.
