摘要
船舶焊接生产过程中存在焊接质量监控困难、设备利用率低且能源浪费严重的问题,为了方便焊接质量监控与追溯,提高设备利用率以及节约能源,使用ZigBee物联网无线通讯技术以及Labview软件开发了焊接电源群组化监控系统.重点介绍了整个系统的设计,包括下位机部分电路、节点程序开发、ZigBee网络结构以及上位机界面设计.考虑到车间环境复杂性,采用了网状网络的ZigBee网络结构,系统测试表明,整个系统运行稳定,能够对焊接电源进行实时监控.
In order to effectively monitor the trace of the welding quality, improve the equipment utilization and save energy in the process of ship welding, a group monitoring system for welding power supply was developed by using ZigBee wireless communication technology and Labview software. The design of the whole system is mainly introduced, including the circuit of slave computer, the development of node program, the structure of ZigBee network and the design of host computer software. Considering the complexity of the workshop environment,the mesh network structure of ZigBee network is adopted,the system test showed that the whole system ran stably and could monitor the welding power supply in real time.
