摘要
油气田开采出的天然气富含酸性组分(H_2S、CO_2)时,如果在工艺处理过程中酸性成分脱除不达标,则会对输送和用户使用的各个环节都造成恶劣的后果。输送过程中会产生腐蚀、沉积和堵塞现象;燃气供用户使用前如若该部分酸性气体脱出不达标而作为燃料时,首先燃料热值会较低,其次燃烧产物会破坏生态环境。基于天然气脱硫脱碳工艺调查分析的基础上,总结出了各种不同的方法,为脱硫脱碳技术提供了相关的参考借鉴。
When the natural gas produced in oil and gas field is rich in acidic components(H 2S,CO 2),if the acidic components are not removed in the process,it will cause adverse consequences to all links of transportation and user use.Corrosion,deposition and blockage will occur in the process of transportation.If the acid gas was taken off as fuel before use,the calorific value of the fuel will be lower first,and the combustion products will destroy the ecological environment.Based on the investigation and analysis of the natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization process,this paper summarized various methods,which provided relevant reference for the technology of desulfurization and decarbonization.
