摘要
转炉补炉后的第一炉钢,由于加入大量的补炉料,补炉第一炉成渣过程和转炉终渣成分发生变化,造成补炉第一炉终点磷偏高,有时甚至超过钢种磷要求的上限。本文结合首钢水钢100吨转炉实际生产条件,分析补炉第一炉的脱磷工艺,并调整补炉第一炉热平衡控制、渣料加,入、过程枪位及流量控制。实践表明,通过不加(少加)轻烧白云石、提高转炉热量、提高炉渣氧化性,从而有效的提高转炉补炉第一炉的脱磷效果,确保终点磷受控。
Since a large amount of fettling material is added into furnace in lining maintenance, the slagging process and final slag composition for the first heat after lining maintenance change so as to always make phosphorous in final molten steel increase or even reach above the upper limit of phosphorous content stipulated for steel. Based on the actual production conditions of 100 t basic oxygen furnace in Shuigang of Shougang, the dephosphoroization process of the first heat is analyzed, and the heat balance and slag material and lance height and oxygen flow in steelmaking process of the first heat are adjusted. It is demonstrated that the phosphorization effect for the first heat is improved by not adding or less adding light burning dolomite and increasing heat and slag oxidizability in converter, so as to suppress phosphorous in final molten steel.
