摘要
目的探讨内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术(EVL)联合药物治疗食管静脉曲张出血的临床效果。方法将2012年8月～2018年4月我院接诊的88例肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组44例行常规药物治疗,观察组44例行EVL联合药物治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、住院情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组较比,观察组的输血量、止血时间、住院时间及费用均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EVL联合药物治疗食管静脉曲张出血的效果显著,可有效减少输血量,能够快速、有效止血,利于缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation (EVL) combined with drugs in the treatment of esophageal variceal hemorrhage.Methods 88 patients with esophageal varicose bleeding due to liver cirrhosis who were admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.44 patients in the control group received routine drug treatment,and 44 patients in the observation group received EVL combined drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,hospitalization and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P< 0.05).Amount of blood transfusion,the stop bleeding time,length of hospital stay and costs of the observation group were lower than the control group (P< 0.05).Two groups during the treatment had no obvious adverse reaction.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion EVL combined with drug therapy for patients with esophageal variceal bleeding has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the amount of blood transfusion,can quickly and effectively stop bleeding,is conducive to shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce hospital costs,and has high safety.
