摘要
目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在硬核白内障治疗中的效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月笔者所在医院收治的64例硬核白内障患者作为研究对象。观察组给予小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,对照组给予常规切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,记录角膜散光度数、裸眼视力、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的角膜散光度数改善情况好于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.923,P=0.000);观察组患者的并发症发生率(12.50%)低于对照组(34.38%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.267,P=0.039);两组患者的裸眼视力比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.585,P=0.560)。结论对硬核白内障患者采取小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的效果较好,并且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 64 patients with hard nucleus cataract were selected as the study subjects. The observation group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. The control group was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction through conventional incision. Corneal astigmatism, naked eye vision and incidence of complications were recorded. Results The improvement of corneal astigmatism in the observation group was better than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (t=8.923, P=0.000). The incidence of complications in the observation group (12.50%) was lower than that in the control group (34.38%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=4.267, P=0.039). There was no significant difference in naked vision between the two groups (t=0.585, P=0.560). Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.
