摘要
选取了三种车型的报废刹车片,收集表面残留磨屑.借助激光共聚焦显微镜,分析了刹车片表面磨损后的形貌.通过X射线衍射仪、激光粒度分析仪,对磨屑的物相结构和粒径分布进行表征.结果表明:刹车片表面磨损形式为粘着磨损与磨粒磨损共同作用;三种刹车片中均添加有SiO2和BaSO4,SiO2极易出现于磨屑中,与其作为刹车片摩擦材料中的硬质颗粒有关;刹车片表面残留磨屑的D50平均值为26.50μm,粒径小于2.5μm和10μm的质量分数分别为1.71%和32.94%.
Randomly selected many types of scarp automobile brake pads,collected the abrasive debris on surface of brake pad.The friction surfaces and wear characteristics were then observed by LSCM.The morphology and particle size distribution of abrasive debris were analyzed by XRD and LPSA.The result showed that the wear forms of brake pads are adhesive wear and abrasive wear.Various brake pads were added with SiO 2 and BaSO 4,SiO 2 appeared in the abrasive debris,which was related to its as the hard particle in friction materials of brake pad.The average D 50 of abrasive debris was 26.50μm,the average mass fraction with particle size less than 2.5μm and 10μm was 1.71%and 32.94%.
