Effect of Sr modification on microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-13.0Si-4.5Cu-1.0Mg-2.0Ni alloys

摘要 为提高Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Ni合金的室温和高温拉伸性能,研究了Sr添加量对二元共晶Al-Si合金组织的影响,及其对T6态Al-13.0Si-4.5Cu-1.0Mg-2.0Ni合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着Sr含量的增加,共晶Si变质效果增强,但其含量过高时会粗化α-Al晶粒,降低合金性能;添加Sr质量分数为0.06%时,二元共晶Al-Si合金的变质效果最佳.添加质量分数0.06%Sr的T6态Al-13.0Si-4.5Cu-1.0Mg-2.0Ni合金,其共晶Si球化程度较高,且分布更加均匀弥散,合金的高温拉伸性能可达128MPa;在保证合金高温拉伸性能的同时,室温拉伸性能相比于添加0.04%Sr的合金提高到305MPa. The influence of strontium on the microstructures of Al-20%Si alloy was investigated.The optimum amount of Sr and its influence on microstructure and mechanical properties of T6 Al-13.0Si-4.5Cu-1.0Mg-2.0Ni alloy were obtained.The results show that the effect of modification was enhanced with increasing Sr content.But theα-Al grains were coarsened when the content is too high,and thereby reduced the performance of the alloy.And when the amount of Sr is 0.06wt.%,Al-Si binary eutectic alloy can obtain the optimal modification effect in Al-13.0Si-4.5Cu-1.0Mg-2.0Ni alloy added 0.06wt.%Sr,eutectic silicon can be refined greatly,and dispersed more uniformly.The high temperature tensile properties of the alloy can reach 128 MPa.Under guaranteeing the high temperature tensile properties,the tensile properties of the alloy at room temperature were increased to 305 MPa compared with those of the alloy with 0.04 wt.%Sr.
