托管班的管理方式对学生成绩的影响——基于两所托管班的参与观察研究

摘要 托管班作为当下学校和家庭教育的桥梁,凸显出越来越重要的衔接作用。基于对托管班不同教育管理方式对学生学习的影响,对两所私人托管班进行了实地考察。结果发现:不同托管班的教育管理方式会对学生成绩产生显著影响。通过对私人托管班的发展现状、自身优势和缺陷的讨论分析,以期更好地为学生的学习和成长服务。 As a bridge between the current school and family education,the mandated class highlights the increasingly important combination role.Based on the influence of different educational management modes on students’ performance,two private mandated classes were observed on a field basis.The results show that the educational management mode of different mandated classes will have a significant impact on students ’ achievements.By the discussion and analysis of development status,own advantages and defects of private mandated classes,in order to better serve the students ’ learning and growth.
