摘要
东方锅炉公司生产的660 MW超超临界二次再热尾部三烟道烟气挡板的π型锅炉为首次应用,调试及运行阶段发现变负荷时水冷壁、省煤器、过、再热器壁温易超温,燃煤热值校正、中间点温度修正、锅炉主控输出因主蒸汽压力的关联相互耦合。调试期间煤种、煤质变化较大,对协调控制系统造成了一定程度的扰动。上汽西门子汽轮机在启动调试中的切缸、轴封控制及轴封的系统设计等方面要特别注意。针对调试中出现的上述问题,提出了合理的解决方案和整改措施。对同类型机组有一定的参考价值。
When the 660 MW ultra-supercritical second reheat π-type boiler with three flue gas baffles produced by Dongfang Boiler Group was first put into use, it was found that, during commissioning and operation, over-temperature was easy to occur to the water wall, economizer, the wall of superheater and reheater with the changing load, and coal-fired calorific value correction, intermediate point temperature correction and boiler control output were coupled because of main steam pressure. Coordinated control system was affected by different kinds of coal. Special attention had to be paid to the cutting cylinders , shaft seal pressure control and the design of shaft seal of STP-SIEMENS steam turbine during commissioning. Reasonable solutions and corrective measures were put forward for this problem, which were expected to give some reference for the same type plant.
