摘要
目的探究细节思维管理理论在心内科护理管理中的应用。方法选取2017年6月—2018年1月该院收治的心内科疾病患者46例,经电脑盲选法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施细节思维管理,对比并发症发生率以及不良事件发生率。结果观察组并发症、不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节思维管理理论在心内科护理中能降低并发症和不良事件发生率。
Objective To study the application of detailed thinking management theory in the nursing management in the department of cardiology. Methods 46 cases of patients with diseases in the department of cardiology in our hospital admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the detailed management, and the incidence rate of complications and incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed thinking management theory in the nursing management in the department of cardiology can reduce the incidence rate of complications and adverse reactions.
