摘要
针对线路金具的能耗机理进行了研究,开展了铸铁及铝合金金具的能耗对比试验,同时进行了上述两类金具的三维涡流场有限元仿真分析,并提出了金具节能的新方案,即保留铸铁船体,采用低磁或无磁材料替换部分组件。结果表明:铸铁金具能耗远远高于铝合金金具,通过阻断闭合磁通回路即可显著降低金具能耗,新方案节能效果显著。
In this paper the energy consumption mechanism of the line fittings is studied, and comparison test of energy consumption of cast iron and aluminum alloy fittings is conducted. At the same time, the finite element simulation analysis on the three-dimensional eddy current field of the above two kinds of fittings is carried out, and a new scheme of energy saving for fittings is put forward, namely retention of cast iron hull and replacement of parts with low magnetic or non-magnetic materials. The results show that the energy consumption of cast iron fittings is much higher than that of aluminum alloy fittings, and the energy consumption of the fittings can be significantly reduced by blocking the closed flux loop. The energy saving effect of the new scheme is remarkable.
