摘要
采用TPS-2便携式光合仪对淮南市9种园林绿化灌木树种的夏季光合特性进行了测定。结果表明,各树种光合生理参数(P_n、C_i、T_r、G_s、L_s、WUE_t)日均值差异显著,日变化趋势不尽相同,且金边黄杨和腊梅的P_n日变化曲线为双峰曲线,桂花的P_n日变化曲线为三峰曲线,皆出现了"光合午休"现象。根据P_n、T_r、WUE_(t )3个指标的日均值进行聚类分析,可将供试树种分为3个类群。Ⅰ类为低光合、低水分利用型(桂花、红檵木、金边黄杨、腊梅、紫荆、紫叶李),Ⅱ类为低蒸腾、高水分利用型(栀子),Ⅲ类为高光合、高蒸腾型(海桐、紫薇)。从生态效益的角度出发,海桐和紫薇的固碳释氧、降温增湿能力俱佳,节水降耗效果处于中等水平,可作为淮南市生态园林建设的优先树种。
Photosynthetic characteristics of nine gardening shrub species were examined in the summer of Huainan city using the TPS-2 portable photosynthesis system.The results revealed that there were significant differences in daily average of photosynthetic parameters(Pn,Ci,Tr,Gs,Ls,WUEt)and diurnal courses of gas exchange of tested gardening shrub species.The diurnal fluctuations of net photosynthesis rate(Pn)of Buxus megistophylla and Chimonanthus praecox could be represented by a bimodal curve,and the Pn of Osmanthus fragrans showed a trimodal curve.These results indicated that all of the three species entered the midday depression of photosynthesis in the noon.Based on daily average Pn,Tr,WUEt,all the gardening shrub species investigated in the present study could be clustered into three groups.The groupⅠwas low photosynthesis and low water use efficiency species(Osmanthus fragranse,Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum,Buxus megistophylla,Chimonanthus praecox,Cercis chinensis and Prunus ceraifera cv.pissardii).The groupⅡwas low transpiration and high water use efficiency species(Gardenia jasminoides).The groupⅢwas high photosynthesis and high transpiration species(Pittosporum tobira and Lagerstroemia indica).From the point of ecological benefits,the Pittosporum tobira and Lagerstroemia indica had the characteristics of better carbon sequestration and oxygen release as well as cooling and humidification efficiency,and the water conservation and consumption reduction were also at a moderate level,Overall,it should be suggested that Pittosporum tobira and Lagerstroemia indica could be chosen as the preferential gardening shrub species in ecological garden construction of Huainan city.
