摘要 为减少城市山体隧道爆破施工对周边建筑物的扰动,对电子雷管控制爆破工艺流程进行研究。结合中铁九局集团有限公司承建的大连市南部滨海大道隧道工程三标段控制爆破施工,对电子雷管控制爆破的控制标准、爆破参数、炮眼布置、钻孔清孔、雷管注册、装药填堵、组网检测和振速检测等关键技术进行研究。通过电子雷管控制爆破技术,大连市南部滨海大道隧道工程三标段控制爆破施工达到了降低噪音、减小扰动、缩短工期、节约成本等预期效果。 In order to reduce the disturbance to surrounding buildings in the blasting construction of urban mountain tunnels, the process flow of electronic detonator controlled blasting is studied. Combined with the control blasting construction of the third section of the Dalian Binhai Avenue Tunnel Project undertaken by China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd., the control standard, blasting parameters, blasthole arrangement, drilling clearance, detonator registration and charge filling, network detection and vibration speed detection of the electronic detonator controlled blasting are studied. By used of the electronic detonator controlled blasting technology, the controlled blasting construction of the third section of the Binhai Avenue Tunnel Project in the south of Dalian has achieved the expected effects of reducing noise, reducing disturbances, shortening the construction period and saving costs.
