摘要
介绍了壳聚糖微球的四种常见制备方法,离子交联、喷雾干燥两种方法可避免有机试剂等有害物质的残留,更适合制备止血微球。综述了近几年止血、癌症治疗、癌症诊断、药物递送、药物缓释等方面壳聚糖微球的研究及应用,分析了当前止血材料存在的一些不足,并展望了壳聚糖微球止血材料的未来发展方向。
Four common preparation methods of chitosan microspheres are introduced.The two methods of ion crosslinking and spray drying can avoid the residual of harmful substances such as organic reagents,and are more suitable for preparing hemostatic microspheres.The research and application of chitosan microspheres in hemostasis,cancer treatment,cancer diagnosis,drug delivery and drug sustained release were reviewed.The shortcomings of current hemostatic materials were analyzed.The future development of chitosan microspheres hemostatic materials was prospected.
