摘要
人力资源作为现代化国有企业的生命源泉,是国有企业生存和发展的决定因素。现阶段,已经有越来越多的国有企业意识到这一问题,人力资源的配置和使用带有其自身不可替代的必要性和重要性。国有企业人力资源管理应当从现实出发,认真分析并发掘其成因,进而对已知或未知的风险加强预警和防控。
Human resource,as the life source for modern state-owned enterprises,is a vital factor for their survival and development. At the present stage,it has been realized by more and more state-owned enterprises. The disposition and employment of human resource is of its own necessity and importance. It is argued that the management should be based on reality. The causes should be examined to promote the prevention and control over the given and new risks.
