摘要
目的探讨乳腺内微小病灶钼靶下定位穿刺的临床护理干预。方法将2017年2月至2018年6月90例乳腺内微小病灶钼靶下定位穿刺患者随机分组,对照组遵循常规护理,实验组落实全面化护理。比较两组乳腺内微小病灶钼靶下定位穿刺患者满意水平;穿刺的配合度、穿刺所需的时间;护理前后患者抑郁心理程度、焦虑心理程度、心率、并发症发生率。结果实验组乳腺内微小病灶钼靶下定位穿刺患者满意水平高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组穿刺的配合度、穿刺所需的时间优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组抑郁心理程度、焦虑心理程度、心率相似;护理后实验组抑郁心理程度、焦虑心理程度、心率优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面化护理在乳腺内微小病灶钼靶下定位穿刺护理中的干预效果确切,可减少并发症发生,减轻患者的不良情绪,提高穿刺的配合度,从而缩短穿刺的时间,患者满意水平高。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention of subtarget molybdenum puncture in breast. Methods From February 2017 to June 2018, 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group followed the routine nursing care, the experimental group carried out comprehensive nursing. To compare the satisfactory level of the patients with molybdenum subtarget localization in the breast, the degree of cooperation of puncture, the time needed for puncture, the degree of depression, anxiety, heart rate and the incidence of complications before and after nursing care. Results The satisfactory level of molybdenum subtarget localization in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the matching degree of puncture in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), the degree of depression, anxiety and heart rate were similar in the two groups before nursing, and the degree of depression and anxiety in the experimental group after nursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of comprehensive nursing intervention in subtarget localization of small breast lesions are accurate, which can reduce the occurrence of complications, alleviate the bad emotion of patients, improve the cooperation degree of puncture, and shorten the time of puncture. Patient satisfaction level is high.
