摘要
目的分析青海省十家二甲医院2015—2017年消化系统药物的使用情况,为临床合理、有效、安全用药提供依据。方法对青海省十家二甲医院消化系统药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDS)、日均费用(DDC)、销售金额和用药频度的排序比进行统计分析。结果消化系统药品用药金额与用药频度同步性良好,销售金额前十的药物为治疗消化性溃疡和胃食管反流病的药物、肝胆疾病辅助药和助消化药。结论 2015—2017年消化系统用药相对合理。
Objective To analyze the use of digestive system drugs in 10 dimethyl hospitals in Qinghai Province from 2015 to 2017,and provide evidence for clinical rational,effective and safe drug use.Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on the sales amount,drug frequency(DDDS),daily average cost(DDC),sales amount and frequency of drug use of the digestive system drugs in ten hospitals in Qinghai Province.Results The amount of drug used in the digestive system was well synchronized with the frequency of drug administration.The top ten drugs in the sales amount were drugs for the treatment of peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease,hepatobiliary disease adjuvants and digestive drugs.Conclusion The digestive system medication is relatively reasonable in 2015 to 2017.
