摘要
仲裁制度是涉外争端解决手段之一,创新湖北省仲裁制度建设对于自贸区主体利益保护、营造有序的争端化解环境具有重大意义。仲裁制度在解决争端程序简便、时效性强的优势,使得仲裁制度在自贸区争端解决中具有更大的操作与推广的空间。拟通过对仲裁制度在湖北省自贸区纠纷解决机制中缺位等系列问题进行分析,探究建立完善的仲裁制度对于自贸区经济发展的重要意义。
Arbitration system is one of the means to settle foreign-related disputes.Innovating the construction of arbitration system in Hubei province is of great significance to the protection of the main interests of the free trade area and the establishment of an orderly environment for dispute settlement.Arbitration system has the advantage of simple and time-efficient dispute settlement procedures.The arbitration system has more room for operation and promotion in the settlement of free trade area disputes.This paper intends to analyze a series of problems such as the absence of arbitration system in the dispute settlement mechanism of Hubei free trade zone,Explore the significance of establishing a sound arbitration system for the economic development of the free trade area.
