摘要
介绍了生箔机组工作原理,深入分析了目前市场上生箔机组中的核心部件铜箔电解槽的优缺点,提出了一种整体式钛材料阳极电解槽方案,通过改进设计,并制造使用,验证了该方案正确性。
This paper introduces the working principle of the raw foil unit and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the copper foil electrolyzer in the current foil production unit. An integrated titanium material anode electrolysis cell scheme was proposed. The correctness of this solution was verified by improved design and manufacturing.
