渭河咸阳城区段水景观工程五坝联合塌坝方案探讨 被引量:2

摘要 渭河咸阳城区段水景观工程三级五坝塌坝泄流若与上游洪水叠加,将增加河道行洪风险。采用溢流堰过流能力计算公式和水量平衡原理来分析梯级坝之间的塌坝泄流过程。对渭河咸阳城区段三级五坝制定多种塌坝方案,以塌坝时间和塌坝间隔时间为控制变量、以塌坝泄量最小为目标函数建立模型,提出最优塌坝方案:2~#气盾坝塌坝时间1 h、1~#副坝1.5 h、3~#气盾坝1小时,2~#气盾坝先塌,间隔1小时后1~#副坝开始塌坝,再间隔1.5 h后3~#气盾坝开始塌坝。三级联合塌坝后2~#气盾坝断面最大下泄流量692 m3/s;"咸阳湖"北槽2~#橡胶坝、1~#橡胶坝塌坝时间1.5 h,在南槽三级蓄水坝完全塌平后开始塌坝,塌坝后2~#橡胶坝最大泄量628 m3/s。可为类似工程防汛调度提供参考。 If the flood discharge of the third-level and five-dam collapse in the water landscape project of the Xianyang urban section of Weihe River will compounded with the upstream flood,the flood risk will be increased.The overflow raft overflow capacity calculation formula and the water balance principle are used to analyze the dam dam discharge process between the cascade dams.A variety of dam-breaking schemes were formulated for the third-class and five-dam sections of the Xianyang City section of the Weihe River.The dam collapse time and the dam interval interval were used as the control variables,and the model of the collapse of the dam was used as the objective function to establish the model.The optimal dam plan was proposed:2#The gas dam’s collapse time is 1h,1#auxiliary dam is 1.5h,3#the gas dam is 1 hour,2#gas dam collapses first,after 1 hour interval,1#secondary dam begins to collapse dam,then interval 1.5 h after 3#The gas shield dam began to collapse.After the third-level joint collapse,the maximum discharge flow of the 2#gas shield dam section is 692m3/s;the dam collapse time of the 2#rubber dam and 1#rubber dam of the“Xianyang Lake”is 1.5 h,and the third-stage storage dam in the south trough collapses completely.After the dam,the 2#rubber dam has a maximum discharge of 628m^3/s.It can provide reference for similar engineering flood control scheduling.
