摘要
目前破壁料理机产品销量剧增,国内CCC认证时对破壁机产品未要求进行电磁兼容检测,但这类产品适用的无线电发射限值标准却是强制性的。该文对典型破壁机产品的端子电压和骚扰功率抑制测试技术进行分析探讨,从检测结果分析、骚扰源定位、整改对策、降成本方面进行阐述,方案经济、实用,符合GB4343.1标准的要求,将为相关企业提供较大的帮助。
At present,the sales of wall-breaking products are booming,and electromagnetic compatibility testing is not required for the products when CCC certification is carried out in China.However,the radio emission limit standard applicable to such products is mandatory.This paper investigated the suppression techniques for terminal voltage and disturbance power of typical wall-breaking machine.In this paper,we provided a feasible and practical solution for wall-breaking machine to fulfill the requirements of GB 4343.1-2009,through the analysis of test result,the position of disturbance source,the corrective measure and the reduction of cost.Therefore the solution will provide greater help to relevant enterprises.
