摘要
目的探究在心血管手术麻醉中应用舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼的价值。方法选取心血管手术患者60例为研究对象,时间选取为2016年1月—2017年12月,以远程随机化法分组,其中对照组接受瑞芬太尼麻醉,实验组则接受舒芬太尼麻醉,对比2组心血管手术患者麻醉结果的差异性。结果实验组心血管手术患者的镇痛评分(3.52±0.33)分与对照组镇痛评分(3.60±0.37)分相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.883 8,P=0.380 4),实验组的苏醒时间(3.43±1.75)h、自主呼吸恢复时间(0.90±0.41)h、拔管时间(9.61±1.09)h均低于对照组的苏醒时间(5.92±1.81)h、自主呼吸恢复时间(1.63±0.56)h、拔管时间(12.36±2.69)h(苏醒时间相比,t=5.417 1,P=0.000 1;自主呼吸时间相比,t=5.761 0,P=0.000 1;拔管时间相比,t=5.189 5,P=0.000 1);实验组呼吸抑制的发生几率(6.67%)明显低于对照组呼吸抑制的发生率(26.67%)(χ~2=4.320 0,P=0.038)。结论心血管手术患者接受舒芬太尼以及瑞芬太尼麻醉,均具有一定的价值,其中舒芬太尼的应用,安全性与麻醉效果均更佳。
Objective To investigate the value of sufentanil and remifentanil in cardiovascular anesthesia. Methods 60 patients with cardiovascular surgery were enrolled in the study. The time was from January 2016 to December 2017.They were grouped by remote randomization. The control group received remifentanil anesthesia and the experimental group received sufentanil. Anesthesia was used to compare the differences in anesthesia results between the two groups of cardiovascular surgery patients. Results The analgesic score(3.52±0.33)points in the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(3.60 ±0.37)points(t =0.883 8, P =0.380 4). The recovery time(3.43±1.75)h, spontaneous breathing recovery time(0.90±0.41)h, and extubation time(9.61±1.09)h were lower than the recovery time of the control group(5.92±1.81)h, and the spontaneous breathing recovery time(1.63±0.56)h, extubation time(12.36±2.69)h(compared with recovery time, t=5.417 1, P=0.000 1;compared with spontaneous breathing time, t=5.761 0, P=0.000 1;compared with extubation time, t=5.189 5, P=0.000 1);the incidence of respiratory depression in the experimental group(6.67%) was significantly lower than the incidence of respiratory depression in the control group(26.67%)(χ^2= 4.320 0, P=0.038). Conclusion Cardiovascular surgery patients with sufentanil and remifentanil anesthesia have certain value, of which the application of sufentanil, safety and anesthesia are better.
