摘要
目的调查分析在我院行宫腔镜日间手术患者的满意情况。方法对我院221例实施宫腔镜日间手术的患者进行问卷调查,统计患者对手术的满意情况。结果实施宫腔镜日间手术的患者以育龄妇女为主,占比为96.83%;主要病种为子宫内膜息肉,占比为82.81%。患者对日间手术总体满意度较高。患者最不满事项依次为医保不报销、术前等待时间过长、注意事项或交待事项不详细及医护人员态度不好。结论日间手术具有安全、有效及经济等优势,应在临床被广泛应用;其发展推广需要医护人员、患者及管理部门三方共同努力、协调发展。
Objective To investigate and analyze the satisfaction of patients undergoing hysteroscopy day operation in our hospital. Methods A total of 221 patients undergoing hysteroscopy day operation in our hospital were investigated by questionnaires and the satisfaction of patients with operation were counted. Results Women of childbearing age were the main patients undergoing hysteroscopy day operation, accounting for 96.83%;the main disease was endometrial polyps,accounting for 82.81%. The overall satisfaction of patients with day operation was high. The most unsatisfactory items of the patients were non-reimbursement of medical insurance, long waiting time before operation, lack of details of matters needing attention or handing over and bad attitude of the medical staff. Conclusion Day operation has the advantages of safety, effectiveness and economy, and should be widely used in clinic. Its development and popularization need the joint efforts and coordinated development of medical staff, patients and management departments.
