摘要
随着经济现代化发展的需要,企业对于高层次财务管理人才的需求增加。这就要求加深财务管理校企合作教学,培养核心专业人才,推进行业的快速发展。因此,本文分析了财务管理深度校企合作的教学意义,对于目前存在的问题进行了研究,并从合作项目设计、教师顶岗实践、实训基地建设、教学评价体系四个方面提出了校企深度合作的教学改革措施。
With the development of economic modernization,the demand for high-level financial management talents has increased.This requires deepening school-enterprise cooperation teaching of financial management,cultivating core professionals and promoting the rapid development of the industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the teaching significance of deepening school-enterprise cooperation of financial management,and studies the existing problems,and proposes the depth of school-enterprise cooperative teaching measures from four aspects:cooperation project design,teacher post practice,training base construction and teaching evaluation system.
