摘要
分析我国奶业规范与美欧国家在概念、认识、产业方向等方面的差异,阐述了欧美国家对乳品加工热伤害的认识,提出我国未来奶业规范发展的政策选择。
By analyzing the differences in concept,understanding and industrial direction between China’s dairy industry norms and those of the United States and Europe,this paper expounds the understanding of heat injury in dairy processing in European and American countries,and puts forward the policy options for the future development of China’s dairy industry norms.
