摘要
目的研究DR及CT影像检查在诊断不典型肺结核中的应用效果。方法选取本院在2016年12月—2018年1月收治的不典型肺结核患者54例为研究对象,所有患者均接受DR影像检查与CT影像检查,对患者影像学检查资料进行回顾性分析,观察两种检查方式在不典型肺结核中的诊断效果。结果经DR及CT影像检查显示,54例患者中,33.33%为节段或肺叶实变、24.07%为结节或肿块、14.81%为空洞、9.26%为支气管结核、18.52%为淋巴肿大;DR诊断准确率(42.59%)低于CT诊断准确率(62.96%)(P <0.05),误诊率为37.04%。结论经DR及CT影像检查发现,不典型肺结其特征表现为多样化,两种影像学检查方式各有优势,为了减少误诊情况,临床医生需要结合DR与CT影像资料进行综合分析、评估。
Objective To investigate the effect of DR and CT imaging in the diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Fifty-four patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects. All the patients were examined in DR imaging and CT imaging. The imaging examination data was retrospectively analyzed. Observe the effect of two diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of atypical tuberculosis. Results According to DR and CT images, 33.33% of the 54 patients had segment or lobar consolidation, 24.07% were nodules or masses, 14.81% were empty, 9.26% were bronchial tuberculosis, and 18.52% were lymphadenopathy. The diagnostic accuracy of DR (42.59%) was lower than that of CT (62.96%)(P < 0.05), and the misdiagnosis rate was 37.04%. Conclusion The results of DR and CT imaging revealed that the characteristics of atypical pulmonary nodules are diversified. The two diagnostic methods are valuable. In order to reduce the misdiagnosis, the clinician needs to combine the actual conditions of patients with DR and CT imaging data to integrate and evaluat.
