摘要
医疗纠纷的发生不但会损害患者的健康,同时会影响医院的声誉和正常运作,为了有效预防医疗纠纷的发生,就需要强化医疗管理,包括做好医德医风教育工作,有效落实医务工作制度,对日常工作进行科学合理的安排,使医务人员所具备的素质得到全面提高。
Medical disputes damage the health of patients and affect the reputation and normal operation of the hospital at the same time.In order to prevent the occurrence of medical disputes,strengthen the medical management is necessary,which includes improvement of the education of medical ethics,implement of the medical working system,scientifi c and reasonable arrangement of daily work.All these approaches help to improve the quality of medical staff.
