摘要
目的观察冠心舒通胶囊辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛对患者心率变异性的影响。方法收集2016年1月—2017年6月该院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者73例,根据其治疗药物不同分为观察组37例和对照组36例。对照组患者予不稳定性心绞痛常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用冠心舒通胶囊。比较两组治疗前、治疗后4周心绞痛和心电图改善及心率变异性变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛、心电图总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(86.5%vs. 63.9%,χ~2=5.015 5;70.3%vs. 47.2%,χ~2=4.004 1;P<0.05);治疗前,两组心率变异性参数SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率变异性参数数值均较治疗前增高,且观察组高于对照组,组内与组间差异有统计学意义(SDNN:144.7±24.2 vs 129.2±21.5,t=2.894 9;SDANN:118.4±19.7 vs 101.3±17.5,t=3.923 5;RMSSD:46.4±14.3 vs 37.5±12.8,t=2.803 6;PNN50:22.8±5.4 vs 18.9±5.0,t=3.203 1;P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛可更好地改善患者的心绞痛症状及心电图,提高其心率变异性。
Objective To observe the effect of Guanxin Shutong Capsule on the treatment of heart rate variability in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 73 patients with unstable angina admitted to the department from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled.According to their treatment,37 patients in the observation group and 36 patients in the control group were included.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional angina pectoris.The patients in the observation group were given Guanxin Shutong Capsule.The changes of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and heart rate variability were compared before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(86.5% vs.63.9%,χ^2=5.0155;70.3% vs.47.2%,χ^2=4.004 1;P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant differences in heart rate variability parameters SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate variability parameters of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher of the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the groups(SDNN:144.7±24.2 vs 129.2±21.5,t=2.894 9;SDANN:118.4±19.7 vs 101.3±17.5,t=3.923 5;RMSSD:46.4±14.3 vs 37.5±12.8,t=2.803 6;PNN 50:22.8±5.4 vs 18.9±5.0,t=3.203 1;P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxin Shutong Capsule can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram and improve the heart rate variability.
