摘要
教学团队建设是高校教学质量工程建设的重要内容,是提高教学质量的重要举措。基于课程的教学团队建设,可以使团队成员更好的进行课程内容的整合优化、课程结构体系的规划以及教学方式方法的创新。本文从校企合作开发课程教学团队的内涵与特征出发,阐述教学团队构建的必要性和发展的困境,并提出了校企合作开发课程教学团队的建设思路,使其在深化校企协同育人中发挥优势,进一步提高应用型人才培养的质量。
Teaching team construction is an important content of Teaching Quality Engineering Construction in colleges and universities,and an important measure to improve the quality of teaching.Construction of The course teaching team,can make team members better integrate and optimize curriculum content,plan the curriculum structure system and innovate the teaching methods.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of the course teaching team of by college-enterprise cooperation.This paper expounds the necessity and dilemma of the construction of the teaching team,and It also puts forward some ideas on the construction of the course teaching team by college-enterprise cooperation.so as to make it play an advantage in deepening college-enterprise cooperation education,and further improve the quality of training applied talents.
