摘要
以水浸法对天然茜草染料进行提取,探究浸提液pH、提取温度、浸提时间、浸提次数对茜草染料提取的影响。在最佳提取工艺下,分析媒染剂浓度及类型和媒染方法对棉麻织物的染色性能影响。研究发现,水浸法提取工艺:浴比为1:20, pH=9,提取工艺为85℃*90min,提取效果最佳。选用硫酸铝钾为媒染剂,浓度为2g/L,染色方法先媒法可达较好染色效果,且色牢度提升明显,皂洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度能达到3级以上。
The natural valerian dye was extracted by water immersion method. The effects of pH, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of yarrow dye were investigated. Under the optimal extraction process, the effects of mordant concentration and type and mordant method on the dyeing performance of cotton and linen fabrics were analyzed. The study found that the extraction process of water immersion method: bath ratio is 1:20, pH=9, and the extraction process is 85°C*90min, the extraction effect is the best. The potassium sulphate was used as the mordant at a concentration of 2g/L. The dyeing method can achieve better dyeing effect, and the color fastness is improved obviously. The soaping fastness and wet rubbing fastness can reach grade 3 or above.
