摘要
在我国电子皮带秤已经广泛的应用于钢铁冶炼、矿山采集、煤炭开采、码头运输等工业散装物料的工艺配料的计量应用,电子皮带秤的计量数据准确性和实时性问题一直是困扰企业计量数据准确的瓶颈,本文针对电子皮带秤的校准及误差等存在的诸多问题进行探讨。
Electronic belt scales in China have been widely used in the metrology of industrial bulk materials such as iron and steel smelting,mining,coal mining,wharf transportation,etc.The accuracy and real time of measuring data of electronic belt scale are always the bottleneck of enterprise measurement data accuracy.This paper discusses many problems existing in the calibration and error of electronic belt scale.
