摘要
高等教育立德树人是"国之大计,党之大计".培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,让每个学生都成为有德有用之才任重道远.立德树人作为高等教育根本任务,其目的实现具有客观性与历史性,必须探索教育过程中的系统性规律并与目的性实现完成有效对接,才可以完成立德树人的根本使命.规律是发展的,立德树人也是发展的,对接过程中存在着立德树人抽象、宏观;因材施教错位、笼统;师资供给失衡、缺乏;实践教学浅薄、形式;学生管理模糊、低效;教学方式混杂、陈旧;教学改革力弱、乏新;教育评价死板、僵化等困境.
In higher education,the idea of "education by virtures" is the great strategy of Party and State.It is a long - term and arduous task to train all - round socialist builders and successors to make each student useful.As the fundamental task of higher education ,the "education by virtures" has the objective and historical purpose.It is necessary to explore the systematic law in the educational process and achieve effective connection in order to complete its fundamental mission.The idea of "education by virtures " is developing with time.In the process of docking,it has an abstraction and macroscopicity.At present,there are such problems as the misplacement and generality of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,the imbalance and lack of teachers supply,the shallow and formal practice teaching,the fuzzy and inefficient student management,teaching methods=out of time;weak teaching reform and rigid education evaluation.
