摘要 采用BIM技术建立了某工业厂房项目给排水、消防、暖通空调的精细化三维模型,并通过机电系统的管线综合,使碰撞问题及时解决,以实现图纸设计零冲突、零碰撞。通过BIM三维模型系统,对机电各专业进行可视化管理,实现虚拟现实。对项目BIM模型中的给水、消防、暖通空调等系统管线进行三维动态受力建模及分析,得到机电系统受力的动态结果,确定了各系统管网的工作压力。最后运用互联网技术将BIM受力分析与模型共享关联,实现数据实时共享。 A three-dimensional model of water supply and drainage,firefighting,HVAC for an industrial plant project is established by BIM technology,and the comprehensive design of pipelines of the electromechanical system is carried out to solve the collision problem in time to realize zero collision of the drawing design. Through the three-dimensional model system of BIM,visual management of electromechanical specialties is carried out to achieve virtual reality. The threedimensional dynamic force modeling and analysis of the water supply,firefighting,HVAC are carried out,and the dynamic results of forces of mechanical and electrical systems are obtained,and the working pressure of each system network is determined. Finally,BIM force analysis and model are correlated by Internet technology to achieve real-time data sharing.
