摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)是人体中普遍存在的一种细菌,全世界约50%的人口感染。传统上,人们认为H.pylori是与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃腺癌等疾病密切相关的一种重要致病微生物,但有时也与胃外疾病相关。尽管与胃肠及胃肠道外疾病的发生、发展有密切联系,但这种细菌却经常在人体内持续存在,不会引起疾病。甚至有人认为,H.pylori也可能在健康方面发挥有益作用。如何去理解H.pylori能够在人类宿主体内产生如此多样的效应,一些研究集中在了解这种细菌所引发的局部和系统性影响上,尤其是和人体微生态系统的相互影响和作用。本文将对H.pylori与人体微生态系统的相互影响关系及由此所产生的对人类健康的积极和负面影响的相关研究做一总结,探讨H.pylori与人体胃肠道微生态系统、口腔微生态系统等的相互作用,使人们更加辩证地去认识H.pylori。 Helicobacter pylori ( H.pylori ) is a bacterium commonly found in humans, and infection levels in the world can reach more than 50%. Traditionally, H.pylori is considered to be an important pathogenic microorganism closely related to diseases such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric adenocarcinoma, but it is sometimes associated with extra-gastrointestinal diseases. Despite its close relationship with the development of gastrointestinal and gastrointestinal diseases, this bacterium often persists in humans and does not cause disease. Some people even think that H.pylori may also play a beneficial role in health. To understand that H.pylori can produce such diverse effects in human hosts, some studies have focused on understanding the local and systemic effects of such bacteria, especially interactions with human microecological systems. This article summarized the interaction between H.pylori and human microecological systems, and the related research on the positive and negative effects on human health, H.pylori and human gastrointestinal microecological systems and oral microecological systems, and so on. These interactions make people more discreet in understanding H.pylori .
