Nrf2天然抑制剂对抗肿瘤药物的增敏作用

摘要 核转录因子2(Nrf2)被认为是重要的细胞保护因子之一,肿瘤细胞Nrf2的异常激活,与癌症的药物治疗抗性有关。近年来,从中草药中分离的几种天然产物对Nrf2具有显著的抑制作用,称其为"Nrf2天然抑制剂"。本文综述了三种Nrf2天然抑制剂在抗肿瘤以及抗肿瘤药物的增敏作用中的研究进展,有助于更好地预测它们在抗肿瘤领域的应用潜力,发掘最新的肿瘤治疗策略。
