摘要
近年来随着供给侧结构性改革、人口红利消失以及环境资源需求压力不断增加,中国经济发展正面临前所未有的困境。作为世界第一贸易大国,由于受到人力成本、物流成本等方面的压力,我国外贸增速逐渐放缓,急需新的外贸发展方式。而以互联网技术为基础的跨境电子商务产业可以通过互联网系统对社会零散资源进行要素整合,以数据传输为主要方式降低企业的生产成本与日常经营成本,解决传统贸易痛点。此外跨境电商通过彼此间的数据资源共享,可以加快产业创新与产品创新,推动全球贸易自由化,使得国际贸易成本更低。因此,在国家积极推行产业互联网化的背景下,探究"互联网+跨境电商"的运作模式,将对中国未来经济发展转型起到决定性作用。
In recent years with the implementation of supply side reform,evanescence of demographic dividend and increasement of the demands for environmental resources,the economic development in China is facing unprecedented dilemma.As one of the largest trading country globally,China's foreign trade growth is slowing down due to the pressure of human and logistics costs,so it is urgent to develop new ways of developing foreign trade.However,the cross-border e-commerce based on internet technology can integrate social scattered resources and elements to reduce the production costs and daily operating costs of enterprises by data transmission and to solve the traditional trade disadvantages.In addition,through sharing of data resources each other,cross-border e-commerce providers can accelerate industrial and product innovation to promote global trade liberalization and reduce international trade cost.Therefore,under the background of the active implementation of Internet industry,to explore the operation mode of the“Internet+”cross-border e-commerce”will play an important role in the transformation development of China's economic in the future.
