基于PLC的尾气回收系统设计

摘要 分析活性炭尾气吸附系统的工作原理,对系统的硬件和软件系统进行设计。以西门子200PLC为核心,利用液位、温度和压力等传感器进行信号采集,根据参数的变化,通过PLC输出控制阀门的开度。对系统的软件系统进行设计,设计了程序流程,又利用MCGS软件进行了监控画面设计。该系统自动化程度高,实现了对气体的吸附、脱附等全自动控制。 The working principle of the activated carbon tail gas adsorption system was analyzed,and the hardware and software systems of the system were designed.Take Siemens 200PLC as the core,the signal is collected by sensors such as liquid level,temperature and pressure,and the opening of the valve is controlled by the PLC output according to the change of the parameters.The software system and the program flow of the system are designed,and the monitoring screen is designed by using MCGS software.The system has a high degree of automation and achieves automatic control of gas adsorption and desorption.
