摘要
土瑶村民在长期生计活动中,依据当地自然生态环境属性与植被生长特性,总结出了一套传统茶叶生产技术技能体系,推动了该地区茶叶产业的繁荣,但20世纪60年代后,渐趋没落。地方政府以现代技术为指导、引进外地品种,但水土不服,土瑶茶叶产业没有实现复兴;因此,复兴传统产业,还必须尊重村民的主导地位,根据土瑶所处自然生态系统以及传统文化特点,充分地发挥地方传统知识的作用。
In the process of adapting to the ecological environment, the Tuyao villagers of Hezhou City in Guangxi have summarized a system of technologies and skills for traditional tea production according to the attributes of local natural ecological environment and the characteristics of vegetation growth, which promotes the prosperity of tea industry in the region. However, the local tea industry gradually declined after the 1960s. The local government tried to introduce foreign tea varieties under the guidance of modern technology, yet these foreign varieties fail to adapt to the local circumstances and to bring the tea industry of Tuyao people to revival. Therefore, to revive the traditional industry, we must also respect the dominant position of the villagers, give full play to the role of local traditional knowledge according to the natural ecosystem where the Tuyao people live and the characteristics of their traditional culture.
