室内风机智能温湿度控制装置的研制

摘要 随着变电站内科学技术应用水平的不断提高,变电站无人值守已成为电力发展的趋势。在站内开关室和控制室内,夏季高温天气下若风机无法自动工作,不能向外散热,会导致温度过高。若手动投运,降温风机不能自停,长期运行将导致风机烧毁。在潮湿天气下,湿度升高同样面临以上问题。长期处于高温湿度环境,不仅加快一次电气设备的锈蚀和绝缘老化,还可能因二次设备接地、端子排锈蚀以及接触不良等问题引发保护误动和拒动,甚至引发绝缘击穿或火灾事故。 With the continuous improvement of the application level of substation internal science and technology, unattended substation has become the trend of power development.In the switching room and control room of the station, if the fan cannot work automatically at high temperature in summer,it cannot radiate heat outwards,which will lead to high temperature.If manual operation and cooling fan can not stop,long-term operation will cause the fan to burn down.In wet weather,humidity rises to face above problem likewise.As is known to all,high temperature and humidity environment for a long time,not only speed up a electrical equipment corrosion and insulation aging,also may cause the secondary equipment grounding,terminal row of rust,caused by problems such as poor contact protection maloperation,refused to move,even cause insulation breakdown or fire accident.
